Pricing & engagements

Clear scope and a sensible way to start.

Some work needs ongoing attention. Some needs a focused build. We agree on the right format before we agree on the fee.

ONGOING MANAGEMENT

Keep improving.

For Google Ads, paid social and ongoing optimization where regular decisions and iteration are part of the work.

  • Monthly scope and management fee
  • Agreed channels and responsibilities
  • Reporting and review cadence
  • Setup work specified separately
DEFINED PROJECT

Build or fix it.

For a landing page, funnel, dashboard, tracking repair or workflow with a clear delivery boundary.

  • Defined deliverables and milestones
  • Dependencies and access requirements
  • Acceptance checks and handoff
  • Maintenance discussed explicitly
DIAGNOSTIC

Find the priority.

For a problem that is still unclear or spans advertising, the website, CRM and sales follow-up.

  • Agreed questions and evidence
  • Findings separated from hypotheses
  • A prioritized repair plan
  • No automatic retainer commitment

What “from $1,000/mo” includes

  • One ad platform in one market
  • Weekly optimization: search terms, budgets, bids, audiences and ad tests
  • Ad copy and variations of existing creative
  • A monthly report plus a 1-hour review call

Account setup or cleanup is quoted separately, from $750. New video or design production is quoted when needed.

Not a flat multiple

Adding a second or third channel doesn’t simply double or triple the fee. Strategy, tracking and reporting are shared, so each extra channel costs less than the first.

Multichannel work is quoted as one monthly fee, with the channels, markets and responsibilities written into the proposal.

How pricing works.

Fees are quoted after a scope conversation. You receive the deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fee before work begins.

The main variables are the number of channels or pages, the tools and data involved, the amount of setup or repair needed, and the level of ongoing support.

Advertising spend is separate from management. Software subscriptions, production costs and other third-party costs are identified where relevant. New requests that change the scope are discussed before additional work begins.

A proposal should make it clear what is included, what is not and what happens at the end of the engagement.

Start small when
small is enough.

You can hire RIST to manage one ad platform or build one useful dashboard. You do not need to buy every service to get thoughtful work.

If the problem needs broader work, we’ll explain why and separate the stages so you can make an informed decision.

Before we begin.

Why “from” prices instead of fixed packages?

Two accounts with the same budget can need very different amounts of work. The starting points show where engagements begin; your written proposal gives the exact fee before anything is billed.

Is ad spend included in a management fee?

No. Media spend is separate. The proposal also clarifies creative production, software and any setup costs.

Do I have to start with the Revenue Leak Audit?

No. It is an option for an unclear or cross-functional problem. If you need Google Ads management, a dashboard or a specific workflow, we can scope that directly.

Can we begin with a smaller project?

Yes. A defined task with a useful outcome is a valid starting point. We assess fit by the work and expectations rather than a universal company-size requirement.
